Strengthen the sense of urgency, adhere to the bottom line thinking, implement the measures for the prevention and control of epidemic situations at small ports, fully and strictly perform the duties of health and quarantine, strengthen the prevention and control of major infectious diseases at ports, build a strong quarantine line at ports, and resolutely prevent the superposition of epidemic situations. The meeting stressed that efforts should be made to optimize the business environment of the ports, implement the reform and deployment of the "release of control services" , rely on reform and technological innovation, strengthen supervision and optimize services, and improve the level of innovation in the customs system and governance capacity-building. Efforts should be made to maintain the stability of the supply chain of the industrial chain, speed up the trial promotion of the bonded policy of the entire industrial chain, provide fast customs clearance and tax reduction and exemption services for the introduction of key technical equipment, and improve the competitive ability of the entire industrial chain of our country.
